Gyeongnam Jeongbo University Semiconductor Department Receives Development Fund Donation from Local Company

The Semiconductor Department of Gyeongnam Information University received a development fund donation of 10 million KRW from four local companies and held a donation ceremony in the university president's office on the 19th.

The Semiconductor Department of Gyeongnam Information University received a development fund donation from a local company.

At this donation ceremony, four companies donated a total of 10 million KRW: Green Chemtec (CEO Park Kyung-hee) 3 million KRW, Asan S&Tech (CEO Jeon Tae-gu) 3 million KRW, Sinpyeong Industry (CEO Cha Seong-jin) 2 million KRW, and J.K. Kraft (CEO Jo Tae-young) 2 million KRW.

The four companies participating in this development fund donation are manufacturing companies related to the semiconductor industry in the Busan area, contributing to nurture talent in the semiconductor industry.

The attending company representatives unanimously stated, "The semiconductor industry is the foundation of South Korea's industry," and "We hope this will be meaningfully used to cultivate local semiconductor talents."

Gyeongnam Information University President Kim Tae-sang said, "We are grateful for the great interest and support shown to Gyeongnam Information University," and added, "The donated development fund will be used valuably to nurture students into outstanding talents."
