Amose Food Co., Ltd., operator of Korea's first HMR deli specialty brand 'Cafe Amose,' is conducting a seasonal menu promotion featuring 'Jjukkumi,' a representative spring ingredient. Jjukkumi contains taurine at levels four times higher than octopus, helping to stimulate appetite and energy during the changing seasons.
The newly introduced Jjukkumi spring menu includes a total of seven items: two salads made with grilled jjukkumi and seasonal vegetables, three main dishes featuring pasta and rice, and two desserts. For a refreshing spring appetite, the 'Grilled Jjukkumi Kumquat Toktok Salad' with tangy kumquats is recommended, while the 'Grilled Jjukkumi Butter Herb Rice' is ideal for replenishing depleted energy. Especially recommended as snacks for growing children are 'Jjukkuyaki,' jjukkumi-filled takoyaki, and 'Fish and Poochips,' fish and chips with fried jjukkumi.
To celebrate this spring season, Cafe Amose is offering a discount event on the 'Jjukkumi Spring Set,' which consists of three representative jjukkumi dishes, along with a 'Food Pot Giveaway Event' for customers who purchase the set. This event will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at all Cafe Amose stores nationwide starting from the menu launch date, March 20.
A representative from Amose Food stated that they plan to conduct seasonal promotions using seasonal ingredients regularly, and these seasonal ingredient menus will serve as 'answer menus' that reduce customers' selection burden and increase satisfaction.
