Korea Student Aid Foundation and Korea FT Sign Joint Agreement to Promote High School Graduate Employment Activation

The Korea Student Aid Foundation (Chairman Bae Byeong-il) and Korea FT Co., Ltd. (CEO Oh Won-seok) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 15th at the Korea Student Aid Foundation Seoul Office to promote employment for high school graduates.


The Korea Student Aid Foundation operates the Central Employment Support Center established by the Ministry of Education to create fair growth paths for young high school graduates by discovering new jobs that reflect the aptitudes and capabilities of vocational high school students, and carries out activities to promote employment for high school graduates.


This MOU was signed to establish a cooperative system to activate employment for vocational high school students and to fulfill social responsibility as a public institution.

Through this MOU, the two organizations agreed to strengthen cooperation so that vocational high school students can grow into customized talents, be fairly employed according to their abilities, and pioneer their career paths.


The Korea Student Aid Foundation plans to contribute to creating an environment for high school graduate recruitment by cooperating with the Ministry of Education and metropolitan and provincial offices of education to recruit excellent personnel and establish a customized talent development system.


Additionally, Korea FT plans to discover demand for high school graduate recruitment, provide on-site training opportunities, and offer vocational high school students opportunities for career exploration and planning through company tours and experience programs.


Bae Seong-geun, Standing Director of the Korea Student Aid Foundation, said, “Through cooperation with Korea FT, the Korea Student Aid Foundation will continuously strive to provide opportunities for students who wish to pursue careers in the automotive parts field to realize their dreams and become a strong support for young high school graduates.”


Um Tae-won, Head of HR at Korea FT, said, “Together with the Korea Student Aid Foundation, we will actively support job creation so that vocational high school students can demonstrate their capabilities and create success stories of outstanding high school graduate talents in the automotive parts field.”
