HUFS Holds Completion Ceremony for 3rd Career Employment Support Center Supporters

The Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) University Job Plus Headquarters announced on the 16th that it held the completion ceremony for the 3rd Career Employment Support Center Supporters.

The ‘Career Employment Support Center Supporters’ were launched to promote various projects and programs of the University Job Plus Headquarters Career Employment Support Center, aiming to improve the center’s recognition and increase student participation in career employment support programs. The supporters program started in 2022 and is now in its third term.

The 3rd term supporters, organized into three teams, began with an appointment ceremony and orientation in September last year, and over about five months, supported offline events such as the ‘HUFS Global Job Fair,’ ‘HUFS Special Lectures,’ and multiple institutional agreements. They also promoted the Career Employment Support Center’s programs through the production of card news and blog management. Instagram reels and videos created by the supporters achieved a cumulative view count of approximately 57,000.

Kim Sebin (23, Department of Business Administration), who received the supporters’ excellence award, said, “Starting this activity with the determination to let all HUFS students know about the Career Employment Support Center, it was a doubly rewarding time as I was able to gain not only center promotion but also career and employment-related information.”

Lee Ji-yeon, Director of Student and Talent Development at the Seoul Campus, stated, “We aim to provide various opportunities so that the supporters’ activity experience can serve as a foundation for becoming successful members of society. We will continue efforts to support the activities of the upcoming 4th term supporters to enhance the recognition of the Career Employment Support Center and improve the policy awareness of the University Job Plus Center’s projects.”
