About 200 representatives and executives from partner companies attended the event. SSG.com explained its business strategy for platform differentiation and announced plans for mutual growth.

SSG.com introduced its business direction for this year, summarized as ▲relaunching online grocery shopping ▲strengthening competitiveness in strategic categories ▲differentiating customer service. Specifically, in the grocery shopping sector, it aims to enhance the shopping experience through content-focused new promotions and advanced curation, and will also expand the 'Fresh Direct Delivery' section, which gathers fresh produce delivered directly from farms. For fashion, luxury, and beauty, the company will continuously discover new brands to increase product competitiveness and strengthen specialized services centered on dedicated sections. Large-scale promotions and group-linked memberships will also be expanded to increase the number of premium customers.

As new growth engines, SSG.com presented 'business-to-business services' and 'strengthening delivery competitiveness.' The 'Business Specialist Section,' which has been in pilot operation since this month, will be enhanced and officially opened within the first half of the year. The number of products eligible for next-day delivery, 'SSG 1DAY Delivery,' is planned to increase more than fourfold compared to the launch time last year.

In the fourth quarter of this year, SSG.com plans to open an advanced logistics center in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province. Equipped with automated facilities and cold chain systems, this center is expected to handle more than 200,000 additional orders per day.

On this day, SSG.com also introduced the 'Brand Mark' program for the first time, designed to support promising new and small-to-medium brands to grow. This program, planned with the intention of nurturing brands that will become landmarks of SSG.com, selects up to four brand companies each month and provides comprehensive support such as exposure and marketing. Additional support includes reward points for writing reviews and congratulatory bonuses for achieving sales targets.

They also introduced a revamped new seller support program focused on step-by-step growth support. This is an enhancement of the 'Seller Growth Program' introduced in March. The congratulatory bonus for achieving monthly sales targets has been subdivided from a single 1 million KRW bracket into three brackets: 1 million KRW, 3 million KRW, and 5 million KRW. Sellers who agree to advertising contracts and receiving advertising information will continue to receive advertising benefits usable for AI-recommended ads and cost-per-click (CPC) search ads as before.

Choi Hoonhak, Head of Sales at SSG.com, said, "We are continuing efforts for mutual growth by strengthening platform and logistics competitiveness and enhancing support programs. We will consistently create opportunities to listen to our partners' voices and seek progressive collaboration methods."
