A scene was captured in front of a club in Gangnam, Seoul, where a lawyer forced a club employee to kneel and demanded an apology.
On the 13th, JTBC's 'Sageon Banjang' (Incident Commander) released footage filmed on the 6th along the main road near Sinsa Station in Gangnam. The video showed an employee kneeling and bowing their head in front of customers.
The informant stated that the incident occurred when a group of customers bumped into an employee inside the club. After the employee protested not to be pushed, one of the customers got angry at the employee and made them kneel.

One of the customers continued to point fingers and shout even after the employee knelt in the middle of the main road, saying, "You damn MD team, all come out," and "Fire this employee."
The group of customers is known to include a famous lawyer who frequently appears on broadcasts and a current professional basketball player.
The lawyer appearing in the video explained to 'Sageon Banjang,' "I didn't realize they were an employee. A fight broke out, and I tried to resolve it amicably, but the employee shouted loudly, insisting on watching the CCTV footage." He added, "I did tell them to kneel out of anger, but it was only for a moment."
He continued, "I told the employee, 'It’s possible to bump into someone in a club; how can you make a fuss over that?'" and added, "It’s true that I overreacted, but they said the other side was at fault first."
Regarding the professional basketball player in the group, he said, "He actually tried to stop me, urging me to leave quickly, and he didn’t drink alcohol," and apologized, saying, "I’m sorry it seemed like we both were at fault."
