The 'Nugaba,' which was introduced to the world in 1974, celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. Haitai Ice announced on the 14th that it will launch an advertising campaign to commemorate this milestone.
This advertising campaign is characterized by its playful use of the double meaning of the word 'Nuga' in Nugaba. Through various situations featuring questions using the word 'Nuga' and witty answers, it brings laughter to consumers. Additionally, by repeatedly using the word 'Nuga' in the campaign video, it conveys the message that Nugaba is "an ice cream delicious for anyone."
In particular, popular actor Na In-woo was hired as the model to introduce Nugaba's charm as a "delicious ice cream" to the 20s and 30s generation in a friendly and entertaining way.
Nugaba, launched in 1974, is Haitai Ice's representative steady seller, consisting of sweet vanilla ice cream coated with nougat chocolate. Celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, it has continuously received consumers' love, maintaining the undisputed number one sales position among Haitai Ice's stick bar products. Currently, three types are sold: Nugaba Original, Nugabado Coconut Coffee, and Nugabado Crunch Choco.
