Recruiting a Total of 17 Job Positions... MD Role Has the Most Openings
CJ Olive Young announced on the 14th that it will begin large-scale recruitment of new talent.
The recruitment covers a total of 17 fields, with an overall double-digit scale. The positions available are ▲Merchandising (MD) ▲Product Development (BM) ▲Marketing (Global·Content·Performance) ▲IT/Development (Backend·AOS·iOS·SRE) ▲Design (Product·VMD) ▲Business Management, among others.
The largest portion is the MD position. Reflecting the increasing importance of this role in the distribution industry, CJ Olive Young has consistently maintained double-digit recruitment numbers and has expanded this further this year.
Applicants wishing to join should submit their applications on the CJ Group recruitment website by 6 PM on the 26th. Those who pass the first document screening will undergo a test to verify organizational and job suitability, followed by first and second round interviews. Final successful candidates will be selected around July and will then receive CJ Group orientation training.
Meanwhile, prior to this large-scale recruitment, Olive Young conducted recruitment consultations over four days from the 4th to the 7th at four major universities in Seoul. Olive Young’s recruitment officers participated directly to provide information about the company’s vision and this recruitment process. On the 19th, an MD job briefing session will also be held at a cafe near Daehakro in Hyehwa-dong, Seoul.
Additionally, Olive Young plans to provide useful updates about this announcement on its official YouTube channel. Three videos will be released sequentially: ▲Announcement of this recruitment ▲Tips for success shared by last year’s new hires ▲Content covering the daily work of an MD new employee.
An Olive Young representative said, "We look forward to many talented individuals who will lead global K-Beauty together with Olive Young applying. After joining, we will spare no effort to support new employees in growing into upright and dedicated professionals with both will and capability."
