The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted on the 13th, "Tomorrow, the whole country will be mostly clear, but there will be occasional clouds in the southern regions and Jeju Island, gradually clearing from the afternoon." They added, "From tonight until tomorrow morning, fog may form in some areas, and due to low temperatures, icy patches may appear on the roads."

The temperature difference between day and night will be significant. In inland areas, the temperature difference will exceed 15 degrees Celsius.

Tomorrow's morning low temperatures will range from -3 to 6 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs will fluctuate between 13 and 18 degrees Celsius.

Morning low temperatures in major regions are expected to be: Seoul 3°C, Incheon 4°C, Suwon 1°C, Chuncheon -2°C, Gangneung 5°C, Cheongju 3°C, Daejeon 2°C, Jeonju 2°C, Gwangju 3°C, Daegu 3°C, Busan 6°C, and Jeju 7°C.

Daytime high temperatures will be: Seoul 15°C, Incheon 13°C, Suwon 15°C, Chuncheon 15°C, Gangneung 17°C, Cheongju 17°C, Daejeon 16°C, Jeonju 16°C, Gwangju 16°C, Daegu 18°C, Busan 17°C, and Jeju 14°C.

Dense fog with visibility under 200 meters is expected mainly in the central inland areas, inland Jeolla region, and northern inland Gyeongbuk. Other regions will experience fog with visibility under 1 kilometer.

The air is expected to be dry, especially along the Gangwon East Coast and Gyeongbuk East Coast, so caution is advised against wildfires and other fire hazards.

Air quality is expected to be poor in the central region and some southern areas due to fine dust inflow from abroad. Fine dust concentrations will be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon region, Chungcheong region, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk, while other areas will see 'moderate' levels.
