Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) conducted an orientation training for its intern employees.
On the 13th, GH announced that it held an orientation training session at its headquarters in Gwonseon-gu, Suwon City, for 12 university students participating in the bachelor's degree-linked field internship program (intern employees) to facilitate smooth adaptation to the organization.
The orientation training, lasting three hours, was designed to help university interns who are new to company life adapt smoothly to organizational life by introducing GH’s current status and ongoing projects, as well as methods for setting goals for workplace life and internship experience.
Previously, GH introduced a semester-based field internship program for university students to strengthen industry-academia cooperation and cultivate practical talents.
Accordingly, the interns who started their field internship on the 4th of this month will participate in educational programs such as interview special lectures before completing their six-month work experience, which are intended to provide practical help for employment.
Kim Se-yong, President of GH, stated, "We prepared the orientation training to help university interns smoothly adapt to company tasks and organizational culture, which may feel unfamiliar to them," and added, "We will actively provide education so that intern employees can gain diverse job experiences and practical skills during their tenure."
