Howbuild, an architectural IT platform and construction management (CM) company led by CEO Seunggi Lee, announced on the 13th that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Fine Law Firm, headed by CEO Hongsik Jung, on the 8th at Howbuild's headquarters located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Howbuild, active since 2003, offers various services for building owners who wish to construct new buildings. Its main services include 'Open Competitive Bidding,' which allows obtaining construction estimates from over 3,000 construction companies; 'Construction Management,' enabling easy online site management; and 'One-stop Architecture,' where Howbuild CM takes full responsibility from architectural planning to completion.

This agreement focuses on continuously resolving issues in the construction market and enhancing trust, aiming to provide customers with more stable and reliable services through collaboration between the two companies. Through this partnership, both parties plan to strengthen the prevention of construction disputes and legal support.

Meanwhile, Fine Law Firm, staffed with 13 construction-specialized attorneys including lead attorney Hongsik Jung, has handled various defect litigation cases while providing optimized legal services. Additionally, Fine Law Firm is the only domestic law firm that operates A&T Engineering, a safety inspection agency and technical specialist company, considering the technical characteristics of construction disputes, thereby offering a ‘One-stop legal service.’
