Resident Service Name Changed to 'Homecoming Day'
Also Held at Gangnam Central I-Park and Others
HDC Hyundai Development Company (HDC Hyundai) will expand resident services to apartment complexes up to the fourth year after completion. The service name will also be changed from 'IPARK Blue' to 'Homecoming Day.'
Residents are waiting in line to use the Life Cut photo booth service at the I-Park Homecoming Day event held at Godeok Central I-Park.
HDC Hyundai announced on the 12th that it has been conducting the 2024 Homecoming Day at Godeok Central IPARK and Ujangsan Forest IPARK since the 9th.
Over two days, services such as sterilization and disinfection of community centers like fitness centers and libraries within the complexes, as well as kitchen utensil sharpening services used in residents' homes, were provided. Various entertainment options were also prepared, including photo booths for families and mini concerts. Social contribution activities, such as donation campaigns for residents, were held simultaneously.
In the future, IPARK Homecoming Day will be held at a total of 18 complexes nationwide, including Gangnam Central IPARK, Cheongju Gagyeong IPARK 3 and 4 complexes, and Seomyeon IPARK.
Since starting the 'IPARK Service' in 2010, HDC Hyundai has been providing services to improve satisfaction for residents of completed complexes for 15 years. The service is conducted annually at about 20 complexes.
An HDC Hyundai official said, "IPARK Homecoming Day is a differentiated service of IPARK conducted to enhance customer satisfaction for residents, allowing them to select programs through pre-event meetings," adding, "We will continue to strive to provide IPARK's unique differentiated services through ongoing communication and continuous service management with customers."
HDC Hyundai offers the 'IPARK Welcome Service' from defect management reception to processing to enhance convenience for residents in the early stages after completion. Within one week of moving in, residents receive the 'Home Care Service,' which includes sterilization and disinfection inside the home, along with a housewarming gift. For one month, residents are provided with services such as the 'Smart Home Guide Service.'
