Damyang-gun, Additional Recruitment of Tenants for 1st and 2nd Floors of Rooftop Garden-style Damyang Market

A Total of 23 Locations... Applications Open from 13th to 15th

Jeonnam Damyang-gun (Governor Lee Byeong-no) announced on the 12th that it will additionally recruit tenants for the 1st and 2nd floors of the rooftop garden-style Damyang Market, which is scheduled to open in April.

There are a total of 23 stores, including 5 agricultural product stores, 1 instant food store, and 15 manufactured goods stores on the 1st floor, and 2 restaurants on the 2nd floor.

The application period is from March 13 to 15, and the eligibility criteria include individuals or corporations who directly operate the stores on a regular basis and have an address in Damyang-gun, or those who can relocate their address to Damyang-gun.

The newly opened Damyang Market features a rooftop garden style that offers a panoramic view of the surrounding scenery, providing a sense of openness that is hard to experience in the city, and allows visitors to enjoy different landscapes depending on the time of day and season.

The county is focusing its efforts on the final stages of construction and recruiting competitive stores to transform the market into a cultural tourism-oriented market linked with nearby attractions such as Juknokwon, Noodles Street, and Damju Damidam Art District.
