Through this agreement, the two organizations will establish a cooperative system for developing park golf-related content, operating IT services, and commercializing businesses, and will jointly cooperate to cultivate education and manpower needed in this field, promoting the spread and expansion of park golf culture.
In particular, they agreed to join forces for the successful operation of the ‘1st Presidential National Park Golf Tournament’ to be held on the 15th and 16th in Dalseong-gun, Daegu.
Park Golf Ace, headquartered in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, is a company gaining attention by introducing advanced digital technology into the park golf industry, developing a smart scoring system for park golf tournaments and applying it to several park golf courses nationwide.
Especially, as the number of park golf enthusiasts has explosively increased, there has been a challenge to smoothly operate simultaneously conducted games, and the IT system developed by this company is contributing to upgrading the park golf culture to the next level.
The company’s smart scoring system will also be applied to the ‘1st Presidential National Park Golf Tournament,’ and the two organizations will cooperate in system operation related to this.
Jo Jin-seok, head of the Park Golf Management Department at Yeungjin College, said, “Through this agreement, by combining the human resources and capabilities possessed by both organizations, we will pioneer the unknown blue ocean market related to park golf.”
