Asia Economy, in collaboration with the Graduate School of Taxation at the University of Seoul, is conducting a tax strategy expert training program for tax practitioners and corporate tax officers.
With the recent rapid changes in the economic environment, tax issues have become more important than ever for both businesses and households. In particular, gift tax and inheritance tax have become urgent concerns for business owners preparing for succession. Companies also need experts who can determine whether payments, such as the recent case of Booyoung providing up to 100 million KRW per employee as childbirth support, should be considered gifts or earned income.
This tax strategy expert training program aims to cultivate professionals who can analyze these changing tax trends and establish optimal tax-saving strategies.
The instructors include top professors from the University of Seoul’s Graduate School of Taxation specializing in inheritance, gifts, trusts, and business succession, along with tax-specialized lawyers, accountants, and tax accountants.
