Gyeonggi-do to Recruit 38 Tenants for Pangyo Startup Campus

Gyeonggi Province is recruiting companies to move into the Pangyo Startup Campus until the 28th of this month.


The eligible applicants are prospective entrepreneurs or startups less than seven years old within the province, specializing in advanced industries or possessing innovative technologies such as Information Technology (IT), Biotechnology (BT), Nanotechnology (NT), and Content Technology (CT).


Gyeonggi Province will select a total of 38 companies through a first-round document evaluation and a second-round presentation review, assessing business execution capability, technical feasibility, business viability, and marketability, with individual notifications scheduled for April.

The selected companies will move into the Pangyo Startup Campus.


Jung Han-gyu, Director of the Advanced Mobility Industry Division of Gyeonggi Province, stated, "We will strive to create a virtuous cycle ecosystem of startup-growth-graduation by discovering promising startups centered on Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies and providing tailored support according to their growth stages."


Meanwhile, Gyeonggi Province's 'Startup Campus Incubation Operation' project supported 60 companies last year, achieving tangible results including generating 23.3 billion KRW in sales, creating 52 new jobs, attracting 3.7 billion KRW in investments, and filing 146 intellectual property rights applications.
