This fam tour included 11 influential Vietnamese influencers and e-sports officials, such as Duy Tam, a famous Vietnamese influencer who won the Vietnamese TikTok Awards Creator Award last year, and Sofm, a 2020 League of Legends (LoL) World Championship runner-up member and current co-owner of the Vietnamese LoL Vikings e-sports team.

On the 3rd, they toured the LoL Park (e-sports stadium) and had a meeting with the Dplus KIA team after the match.

On the 4th, they experienced special e-sports content in Korea, including receiving one-point game coaching from Dplus KIA’s player "ShowMaker" Heo Su. They visited the offices of LCK teams Dplus KIA, T1, and OK Savings Bank BriOn, toured the teams’ training facilities, and played practice matches with the players, experiencing Korea’s e-sports infrastructure.

Vietnam is a market with high interest in games, with an estimated 40 million gamers out of a population of 100 million. Last year, the LCK Summer Finals had a peak concurrent viewership of about 370,000, and the average LCK viewership was about 35,000, showing high awareness and favorability toward Korean e-sports.

Park Young-hee, head of the Themed Tourism Team at the Korea Tourism Organization, said, "Taking this fam tour as an opportunity, we plan to actively promote Korean e-sports at the K-Tourism Roadshow scheduled to be held in Hanoi, Vietnam, in May, so that interest in Korean e-sports can translate into actual travel demand."
