Logistics Efficiency and Stable Box Supply: A Win-Win Situation

CJ Logistics has partnered with Taelim Packaging, the leading company in the packaging industry, to ensure a smooth supply of delivery boxes and efficient paper logistics operations.

On the morning of the 4th, CJ Logistics announced that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at its headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul, to mutually cooperate for logistics efficiency and the supply of packaging raw materials with Taelim Packaging.

Accordingly, CJ Logistics will be responsible for Taelim Packaging’s logistics operations, and Taelim Packaging will expand the supply of corrugated cardboard boxes for delivery to CJ Logistics. This decision is based on the expectation that both companies can increase sales as delivery volumes grow.

First, CJ Logistics will enhance logistics productivity by streamlining the logistics system that Taelim Packaging has been operating independently. Based on this, CJ Logistics plans to handle the transportation of corrugated cardboard raw materials used in Taelim Packaging’s factories as well as logistics within the factories. Leveraging cooperation with Taelim Packaging, the industry leader, CJ Logistics plans to actively expand its paper logistics business.

Taelim Packaging will increase the supply of delivery boxes used by CJ Logistics. Through cooperation with CJ Logistics, the number one logistics company, not only will sales of delivery boxes and raw paper increase, but competitiveness will be strengthened and costs reduced through logistics system efficiency improvements. The two companies also plan to collaborate on replacing existing Styrofoam packaging with the eco-friendly insulated corrugated cardboard box "Teco Box," developed by Taelim Packaging.
