Samsung Electronics Service announced on the 3rd that it will conduct an 'Air Conditioner Pre-Inspection Service' from the 4th of this month until the 30th of next month.

After customers perform self-checks such as cleaning the indoor unit dust filter, testing the air conditioner cooling operation, and verifying remote control functionality, if any issues are found and a pre-inspection service is requested, they can receive a systematic product inspection from a professional engineer. The service also offers free labor costs, including travel expenses. Through the SmartThings app, an 'Air Conditioner Artificial Intelligence (AI) Diagnostic Push Notification' is sent, allowing users to check the refrigerant status and normal operation of the air conditioner linked to the app.

Samsung Electronics Service will also run a 'Plus Inspection Service' in parallel, where engineers will perform additional air conditioner inspections when visiting for home appliance repair services such as refrigerators and TVs in preparation for summer.

The pre-inspection service can be requested through the Samsung Electronics Service contact center and the official website. The service is also available for residential system air conditioners.

Park Seong-je, Head of the Technical Team (Executive Director) at Samsung Electronics Service, said, "We provide the pre-inspection service so that customers can enjoy a comfortable summer with Samsung Electronics air conditioners," adding, "We will continue to offer differentiated services to provide customers with the best product usage experience."
