‘Doosan We’ve the Zenith Central Yongin’, Full Interest-Free Payment for Interim Installments Provided

‘Doosan We’ve the Zenith Central Yongin’, Full Interest-Free Payment for Interim Installments Provided

As the March revamp of the Cheongyak Home approaches, an unusually large number of complexes are launching sales, and the financial benefits offered by Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Yongin are attracting high interest from buyers.


According to the Korea Real Estate Board’s Cheongyak Home, a total of nine complexes posted recruitment announcements on February 29 (Friday), offering various sales conditions to attract actual buyers. Among them, only one complex, Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Yongin, offered 60% of the intermediate payment interest-free and a down payment of 10 million KRW, while others proposed deferred interest payments and a 10% down payment.


Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Yongin provides a 60% interest-free intermediate payment benefit and a fixed first down payment of 10 million KRW. This is the best benefit among the metropolitan area complexes that posted recruitment announcements on the same day. In other words, by paying the total contract amount including the first down payment of 10 million KRW, buyers can secure their home without additional costs until the scheduled move-in date in March 2027. Additionally, there is no mandatory residence period, and the resale restriction is only six months, the shortest among complexes launched during the same period, enhancing its investment value.


Generally, the intermediate payment accounts for the largest portion of an apartment contract. It is usually set at about 60% of the sale price and paid over a certain period depending on the contract terms. With the interest-free benefit, buyers only need to pay the principal after the down payment, significantly reducing the initial financial burden.


A sales official stated, “Considering recent issues such as high interest rates, Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Yongin is actively offering interest-free intermediate payments and fixed down payments to alleviate buyers’ financial burdens,” adding, “As it is possible to acquire a new apartment under the ‘Doosan We’ve The Zenith’ brand at a reasonable price, inquiries from buyers are continuing.”


Meanwhile, Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Yongin consists of seven buildings ranging from two basement floors to 25 floors above ground, with 568 units of exclusive areas between 59 and 74 square meters. The subscription schedule starts with special supply on March 12 (Tuesday), followed by first priority subscription on the 13th (Wednesday), and second priority subscription on the 14th (Thursday). Residents aged 19 or older living in the metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) who have held a subscription savings account for at least 12 months and meet the deposit requirements can apply for first priority subscription regardless of home ownership. The model house is located in Dongcheon-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do.
