SK Innovation announced on the 28th that it has recommended Lee Ji-eun, former CEO of Microsoft Korea (MS), and Professor Baek Bok-hyun of Seoul National University's Business Administration Department as outside director candidates.
Additionally, SK Innovation recommended Park Sang-kyu, President and CEO, and Kang Dong-su, Head of Strategic Finance Division, as inside directors, and Jang Yong-ho, SK's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), as a non-executive director. The candidates are scheduled to be appointed at the regular shareholders' meeting on the 28th of next month.
