Lotte Hi-Mart announced on the 28th that it will hold an 'Amazing Special Price Items' discount event throughout next month. The event features various benefits such as up to 50% discounts on products and Lotte mobile gift certificates worth up to 300,000 KRW, focusing on items with high demand in March, including clean appliances for managing fine dust in spring, moving and newlywed appliances, and IT appliances popular for the new school semester.

The representative items are clean appliances such as washing machines, dryers, clothing care devices, and air purifiers, with mobile gift certificates provided up to 200,000 KRW upon purchasing event products. March is a period when demand for clean appliances significantly increases due to the effects of spring fine dust and yellow dust. Looking at the sales data of clean appliances such as air purifiers, clothing care devices, washing machines, dryers, and vacuum cleaners sold by Lotte Hi-Mart over the past three years (2021?2023), March recorded the highest sales. In particular, sales of air purifiers and clothing care devices in March were 40% higher than the monthly average sales, while washing machines, dryers, and vacuum cleaners showed sales about 10?20% higher.

For moving and newlywed appliances, customers purchasing large appliances such as Samsung Electronics’ ‘Bespoke 4-Door Refrigerator,’ ‘Bespoke 4-Door Kimchi Refrigerator,’ ‘Wind-Free Gallery Air Conditioner,’ and LG Electronics’ ‘Objet Collection 4-Door Refrigerator’ will receive mobile gift certificates worth up to 300,000 KRW. Additionally, purchasing lifestyle and kitchen appliances such as Samsung Electronics’ ‘Bespoke Cooker,’ Cuckoo Electronics’ ‘25L Microwave,’ ‘Steam 100 Barista Coffee Water Purifier,’ and ‘Twin Pressure Electric Rice Cooker’ will grant mobile gift certificates up to 100,000 KRW. Mixer event products like Tefal’s ‘Perfect Mix Plus,’ Philips’ ‘7000 Series High-Speed Blender,’ and Shinil Electronics’ ‘1.8L Mixer’ are sold at discounts up to 30%.

To welcome the new semester, IT appliances with high demand among students such as smartphones, tablets, mice, and keyboards are also offered with up to 50% product discounts. Purchasing Samsung Electronics’ ‘Galaxy S24 Ultra’ event model grants a 100,000 KRW gift certificate. Furthermore, purchasing laptops and tablets such as LG Electronics’ ‘Gram Pro,’ Samsung Electronics’ ‘Galaxy Book4 Pro,’ ‘Galaxy Book Pro 360,’ and Microsoft’s ‘Surface Pro 9 Package’ also provides a 100,000 KRW gift certificate. PC accessory products are also sold at significant discounts. Event products like Logitech keyboards, Cox gaming headsets, and gaming mice are sold at up to 50% off.
