Korea Racing Authority Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam (Head Eom Young-seok) is recruiting a restaurant evaluation team to directly hear the voices of customers.

Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam announced on the 26th that it will operate the evaluation team for eight months from March to October to improve the satisfaction of visitors using the restaurants in the race park.

The number of recruits is 10, and the application period is until March 3. Applications can be made online or offline. Applicants can fill out the application form at the information desk on the first floor of the Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam grandstand or send the application form by email. Anyone who visits Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam is eligible to apply.

The main activities of the customer restaurant evaluation team include using one designated restaurant among the five restaurants within Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam twice a month and attending a quarterly meeting once to evaluate and provide feedback on the overall restaurant experience, including taste, menu, and hygiene. The types of customer restaurants vary, including Korean, Japanese, Chinese, fast food, and cafes.

The selection of the evaluation team is not on a first-come, first-served basis but considers the motivation for application and sincerity in filling out the application form. A launch ceremony for the group will be held in March, followed by full-scale activities.

A representative of Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam said, "We will closely communicate with customers and collect various opinions to improve the quality of food and service at customer restaurants," adding, "We will actively reflect customers' voices in service improvements to increase satisfaction."

All customer restaurants at Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam received the 'Excellent' grade in the Food and Drug Administration's hygiene rating system for food service establishments in 2023, following the same achievement in 2019.
