It is adjacent to more than 10 elementary, middle, and high schools and educational facilities, with Eunhaeng Elementary School directly adjoining the complex. It is located within the Ilsan New Town living area, which is well-equipped with infrastructure.

The Korea Real Estate Agency will temporarily suspend sales announcements for three weeks starting from the 3rd of next month due to the Cheongyak Home system revamp, resulting in an unusually large volume of sales this month. Nationwide, 36 complexes with a total of 30,654 households (including rental units) will be newly offered. Of these, 16,645 households will be released in the metropolitan area alone. This is the highest volume ever recorded for February.

Other complexes preparing for sales include Bundang Kumho Eoullim Green Park in Yatap-dong, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province; Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Yongin in Samga-dong, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi Province; and Songdo Xi Punggyeongchae Granoble in Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, among 8 locations.

Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Yongin consists of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, offering a total of 568 units with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 74㎡. It is located near Samga Station on the Everline in Yongin, and commuting to Seoul and nearby areas is convenient with access to the Suin-Bundang Line and Shinbundang Line. The nearby GTX line is also planned to be newly established, which will improve the metropolitan transportation network. Part of the site within the complex has been donated and developed into a park, providing a pleasant residential environment.
