Eligible for subscription: Non-homeowners aged 19-34 with annual income under 50 million KRW
NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Headquarters announced on the 23rd that it will sell the ‘Youth Housing Dream Subscription Account’ at branches or through non-face-to-face channels to support asset formation and home ownership for young people and to alleviate housing cost burdens.
The ‘Youth Housing Dream Subscription Account’ is a product that relaxes the subscription conditions of the existing Youth Preferential Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings. Any young person aged 19 to 34 with an annual income of 50 million KRW or less and no home ownership can subscribe.

Payments of up to 1 million KRW per month per installment are possible, offering various benefits such as a maximum annual interest rate of 4.5% and income deduction of up to 40% of the payment amount.
Existing subscribers of the Youth Preferential Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings will be converted collectively, and general Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings subscribers can newly convert if they meet the subscription conditions.
To celebrate the launch of the ‘Youth Housing Dream Subscription Account,’ Nonghyup Bank will provide a 10,000 KRW Naver Pay voucher to the first 1,500 new subscribers. Additionally, among customers who register their Nonghyup Bank account as an automatic transfer account after new subscription, 47 will be selected by lottery to receive prizes including iPhone 15 Pro (2 people), Dyson Supersonic Professional Hair Dryer (5 people), 1 don Yong Gold Bar (10 people), and Shinsegae Gift Certificates worth 50,000 KRW (30 people), among other various events.
