Manlab Coffee, Ranked 6th in Coffee Shop Brand Reputation for February 2024

Specialty coffee franchise Manlab Coffee ranked 6th in the coffee shop brand reputation rankings for February 2024.


The brand reputation index is a metric derived by extracting brand big data and analyzing consumer behavior, categorized into participation value, communication value, media value, community value, and social value, with weighted importance applied.


According to the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute's analysis of consumer brand big data for 34 coffee shop brands from January 7 to February 7 this year, Starbucks ranked 1st, Mega Coffee 2nd, and Twosome Place 3rd, with Manlab Coffee placing 6th.


Among prominent cafe franchises, Manlab Coffee achieved excellent results, rising 933% compared to the previous month and quickly entering the top 10, demonstrating strong brand power.


In January, to mark the fresh strawberry season, the company launched high-quality menu items and conducted aggressive online and offline marketing to imprint the brand name on consumers and actively appeal the unique charm of Manlab, which the company explains led to these results.


A representative of the specialty coffee franchise Manlab Coffee stated, “Manlab Coffee secured 6th place in the February coffee shop brand reputation rankings, settling in the upper ranks. While many cafes hesitated to use fresh strawberries due to unstable supply for various reasons, Manlab Coffee proactively secured fresh strawberries in advance and worked hard to provide the best menu to consumers, which played a significant role.”


They added, “We plan to continue approaching consumers with differentiated menus that can only be found at Manlab, so we ask for your continued interest and support.”
