The complex will be built with 12 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with a total of 728 households and exclusive areas ranging from 66 to 124㎡. Among these, 653 units with exclusive areas of 84 to 124㎡ will be available for general sale. The sales schedule includes first priority subscriptions on the 27th, second priority on the 28th, and the announcement of winners on the 7th of next month. Contracts will be signed from the 18th to the 20th thereafter.

The sale price averages 24.25 million KRW per 3.3㎡, which is lower than last year's average private apartment sale price in Jeju (25.74 million KRW). Additionally, benefits include a first contract deposit of 5% (a fixed 10 million KRW deposit at contract signing + 2 installments for the balance), a second contract deposit 5% interest-free loan, and free balcony expansion fees.

Jeju Jungbu Park Jeil Punggyeongchae Central Park is the first private park special project sale complex supplied in Jeju. The Jungbu Park, built alongside, covers approximately 170,000㎡, equivalent to 24 soccer fields, and plans to include forests, flower gardens, sky forest trails, outdoor performance halls, and sports facilities. There is also a 1.7 km-long walking trail and eco-friendly playground facilities for children.

The complex is adjacent to major roads such as Donggwang-ro, Yeonsam-ro, and Beonyeong-ro, and offers convenient access to Jeju International Airport and Jeju Port International Passenger Terminal. It is also close to various facilities in the old Jeju area, including Hanaro Mart Jeju branch, Udang Library, and the National Jeju Museum, as well as educational, commercial, and administrative facilities.

The complex design mostly features 4-bay type slab structures oriented southward to secure sunlight and park views. Inside the complex, four nature-themed gardens?Chohwa Garden, Mulbit Maru, Yeoul Garden, and Healing Garden?are arranged along with Harmony Plaza and pocket gardens scattered throughout. Community facilities include a fitness center, GX room, sauna, indoor golf practice range, lounge cafe, and coin laundry. The parking space totals 1,331 spots, making it the first and largest scale in the Jeju area.

A sales official stated, "As Jeju's first Jeil Punggyeongchae and the first private park special project apartment, as well as a large complex newly built in the old Jeju city area, it is attracting high interest from buyers. We have put great effort into the product and design, including parking spaces, building exterior, landscaping, and floor plans, so it will establish itself as a landmark complex never seen again in Jeju."

Meanwhile, Jeil Construction recently expanded its business area into the leisure industry by acquiring a golf course near Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mudeungsan CC). Opened in 2008, Mudeungsan CC covers approximately 467,000 pyeong and has 27 holes. It is highly accessible, reachable within 20 minutes from Gwangju.
