When visiting, simply bring an ID that can verify multicultural family status, a family relation register (marriage certificate), or documents confirming household members to send international express mail to each person’s home country at a discounted rate.

An additional 3% discount is available when pre-registering via the smartphone Post Office app or the internet Post Office.

Due to the mandatory provision of advance customs clearance information for international mail, all details on the label, including sender and recipient addresses and item descriptions, must be written in English.

Gyeonggi Province is home to the largest number of multicultural families nationwide, totaling 343,500 people.

Meanwhile, last year, Gyeonggi Province provided a total discount of 23 million KRW on 3,344 cases of international express mail usage by multicultural families.
