TS Trillion sells Yeongdeungpo office building for 25 billion KRW... "For financial structure improvement"

TS Trillion announced on the 15th that it will sell its headquarters building in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, for 25 billion KRW.

The transfer amount corresponds to 36.59% of the total assets. The contract was signed on the 15th, and the registration date is scheduled for the 19th.

TS Trillion stated that the purpose of the transfer is "to improve the financial structure and secure cash liquidity through asset sales."

Meanwhile, TS Trillion appointed Vice Chairman Kim Jae-hak as the management director on the 10th of last month. Vice Chairman Kim previously served as Vice Chairman of Barun Private Equity, President of Orient Precision, and co-CEO of Soribada, which is currently delisted.
