NVT, 106.4 Billion KRW Revenue Last Year... "Offerwall Core Business, Record-Breaking Performance"

The offerwall network, the main business division of KOSDAQ-listed company NBT, continues its record-breaking sales streak.


NBT announced that its consolidated sales last year slightly decreased by 106.36775 billion KRW compared to the previous year, recording an operating loss of 3.08566 billion KRW. However, the company explained that the sales of its core business division, the Addison offerwall business, grew by about 7.6% year-on-year to 93.4 billion KRW last year, continuing its record-high performance.


The company emphasized that despite the challenging environment across the industry due to domestic and international economic recessions, the offerwall division has maintained its highest sales every year since its launch in 2018, focusing on external growth through scale-up.


Regarding the operating loss and financial situation, the company stated that some new business sales, which are being processed under the changed accounting guidelines starting this year, were delayed in reflecting profits, and non-operating losses occurred due to bad debts from clients. These are temporary loss costs unrelated to the core business division. The company explained that the actual offerwall core business division is showing stable growth in terms of profitability.


NBT plans to continue focusing on a scale-up strategy centered on the domestic point market this year as well. Since the domestic point market demand shows steady growth every year and the company maintains a dominant market share in the industry, the external growth strategy remains valid. Last year, the company secured new growth momentum by pioneering the global offerwall market, including North America, Indonesia, Thailand, and Taiwan. The strategy is that once overseas sales fully materialize, profitability can naturally achieve a quantum jump.


An NBT representative said, “Although there was a somewhat sluggish loss period last year due to internal and external financial issues unrelated to the core business, the main business division continues to show robust growth. This year, we plan to focus on scale-up and domestic and international expansion, while also putting effort into improving profitability by introducing and enhancing new functions in the offerwall network, advancing various development schedules, and increasing operational efficiency.”


NBT’s offerwall network service, Addison, secured the number one market share in the domestic offerwall industry market as of last year.
