KT Group is making a large-scale recruitment of talent equipped with IT and media capabilities in line with its goal of becoming a digital innovation partner.

On the 16th, KT announced on its recruitment website that it will conduct hiring for all levels, from entry-level employees to executives, until the 3rd of next month. This is the first time KT is recruiting a large number of experienced professionals in line with digital transformation (DX).

Not only KT, but also major group affiliates such as KT DS, KT Cloud, KT Studio Genie, and RT Media are conducting recruitment for experts in the IT and media fields. Applicants can check detailed selection processes, procedures, and job descriptions on the KT recruitment website and submit their applications online.

The recruitment fields include ▲ research and development (R&D) such as development of large-scale artificial intelligence (AI) technologies ▲ IT fields such as architect, software development, IT project strategy and design ▲ technology consulting for Cloud Native and multi/hybrid cloud transition ▲ new business planning and development, B2B (business-to-business) and B2G (business-to-government) business proposal and consulting ▲ digital media and content fields.

KT is increasing the proportion of experienced hires who can be immediately deployed to digital paradigm shift projects in this recruitment. Experienced candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience or hold (or be expected to hold) a doctoral degree. During practical interviews, candidates may be required to present a portfolio or a career description to verify expertise. Continuous recruitment will proceed throughout the year-end.

Additionally, KT will activate an 'internal employee referral system' to recruit the best talent that fits KT’s corporate culture. The plan is to raise employees’ interest in attracting outstanding external talent and to spread KT’s vision and commitment as a 'digital innovation partner' both internally and externally.
