Composed of Experts in Real Estate Management, Development, and Sales
As the importance of corporate-owned real estate as an essential asset for business is highlighted, Samil PwC announced on the 15th the launch of the ‘Real Estate Healthcare Center,’ composed of experts in real estate management·development·and sales,” stating that the center plans to contribute to enhancing asset and corporate value through its ‘one-stop care service.’
The real estate expert group within the center consists of professionals with diverse experience from architectural design firms, real estate management companies, and foreign real estate consulting firms. These personnel have resolved numerous real estate issues for many corporations and non-profit organizations.
The first step of the one-stop care service is data collection. Through analyzing corporate clients’ asset management and financial data, the center sets the necessary areas and improvement goals for the company. The center plans to actively utilize Samil experts’ network and systematically collected databases.
The second step is the diagnosis phase. Center experts analyze the company’s real estate utilization status, real estate characteristics, and related laws and policy systems to derive optimal utilization plans such as ▲asset securitization ▲operation improvement ▲real estate development. Support is also provided for business plan establishment, marketing, bidding processes, negotiations, and contract signing.
Lee Sang-min, Head (Partner) of Samil PwC’s Real Estate & Infrastructure Team, said, “Although the importance of real estate assets in corporate activities is increasing, the difficulty of problem-solving is gradually rising, resulting in relatively low utilization of corporate real estate. Through the one-stop care service, we aim to reduce opportunity costs associated with holding real estate and strategically utilize real estate to help enhance corporate value, which is the ultimate goal of corporate activities.”
Park Dong-gyu, a partner providing center services, stated, “While companies excel in their core businesses, the number of companies falling into crisis due to poor management of owned real estate is increasing day by day. As a service partner, we will provide solutions to companies lacking internal real estate management capabilities.”
