Hwaseong-si Job-Seeking Youth 'Employment Special Lecture' Successfully Concluded

'Cheongnyeon Jiwon Kkeutkkaji Jiwon Senteo' Various Job Search Support Services

Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 14th that it has successfully completed the employment special lectures held to commemorate the opening of the 'Hwaseong City Youth Employment Support Center Until the End.'

This special lecture was organized to strengthen the employment capabilities of job-seeking youth aged 19 to 39 who reside in or are active in Hwaseong City.

The special lectures, held three times every Tuesday from the 30th of last month to the 13th of this month, consisted of “Creating a Trustworthy Voice” by YTN announcer Lee Hyun-woong, “Speech Class to Captivate Interviewers” by Park Joo-young, director of CanYouSpeech, and “Personal Color Diagnosis and Interview Makeup Practice” by Lee Gyuri, CEO of Irum.

The city explained that participants showed a high satisfaction rate of 95.7% in the satisfaction survey conducted after the lectures ended.

The 'Hwaseong City Youth Employment Support Center Until the End' opened on the 15th of last month on the 4th floor of Byeongjeom Post Office located in Byeongjeom-dong. The center provides services for local youth job seekers, including ▲ customized youth job linkage ▲ employment special lectures and individual employment counseling ▲ aptitude tests and NCS education support ▲ artificial intelligence (AI) interview support.

Lee Jun-young, head of the Youth and Adolescent Policy Division of Hwaseong City, said, "We will continue to provide multifaceted support for the successful employment of youth job seekers through the Youth Employment Support Center Until the End, including on-the-job training and special lectures for recruitment exams."
