- 30~40 Pyeong Type Priced at 400 Million KRW Five Years Ago
- Excludes Housing Units and Ready for Immediate Move-in Large Apartment Complex
Despite being in the 30 to 40-pyeong range, the Jeju terrace house offered at the 400 million KRW level, which was the price five years ago, is attracting attention. It is a large apartment complex available for immediate move-in, supplied through a special allocation of company-owned units that do not count toward the housing quota.
Kumho Construction's first Jeju terrace house, 'Jeju The Hill Terrace,' offers an affordable opportunity to own a home and is located in Aewol-eup, a rising residential area in Jeju, generating steady inquiries.
'Jeju The Hill Terrace' is situated in Gwangryeong-ri, Aewol-eup, Jeju City, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. It consists of 14 buildings ranging from two basement floors to four above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 67 to 99㎡, totaling 200 households.
In 2023, the average price per 3.3㎡ for newly supplied units of 84㎡ in Jeju City ranged from 26.2 million to 34 million KRW, whereas 'Jeju The Hill Terrace' is priced at only around 15 million KRW per 3.3㎡.
A sales representative stated, “While the price of old 34-pyeong apartments in Jeju has risen to 800 million to 1.2 billion KRW, our complex is supplied at 400 million to 500 million KRW, highlighting its price competitiveness.” He added, “Additionally, excellent location and product quality, immediate move-in availability, exclusion from the housing quota, and a trustworthy construction company have combined to generate many inquiries.”
The location, which allows residents to enjoy both Jeju’s romance and urban infrastructure, is also noteworthy. Peace Road runs right in front of the complex, providing excellent access to both the new and old downtown areas. The bus stop at the entrance of the complex serves eight bus routes, making it easy to travel throughout Jeju via public transportation.
Transportation conditions are expected to improve further with ongoing projects such as the construction of the 'Jeju Gwangryeong~Dopyeong Bypass Road,' a direct road from Peace Road to Jeju International Airport, and the development of 'Jean-ro,' connecting Peace Road to Route 1100.
Residents can also share the abundant living infrastructure within a 10-minute drive to Shin Jeju. Convenience facilities in Nohyeong-dong such as E-Mart, Lotte Mart, Hanaro Mart, and CGV, as well as public facilities in Yeondong including Jeju Provincial Office, Jeju Office of Education, and Jeju Police Agency, are easily accessible. Furthermore, educational conditions are excellent with convenient commuting to four international schools in Jeju English Education City, including Jeju Foreign Language High School located in Aewol-eup.
The pleasant residential environment is another advantage. Located in the mid-mountain area of Aewol-eup, which harmonizes perfectly with Jeju’s unique atmosphere, the complex offers abundant greenery and views of both pine forests and the sea. Residents can easily access various natural attractions such as Hallasan, Aewol Port, Gwakji Beach, and Saebyeol Oreum. High-quality golf courses like Nine Bridges CC, Elysian Jeju CC, and Aden Hill CC, as well as Lets Run Park Jeju, which the whole family can enjoy, are nearby.
Meanwhile, 'Jeju The Hill Terrace,' as Kumho Construction’s first terrace house project in Jeju, applies product qualities that residents can take pride in. The complex features differentiated facade designs and stylish landscaping facilities, creating a mammoth-scale complex of 200 households with an exotic concept combined with classic elegance.
Inside the units, all types apply the 4Bay innovative floor plan preferred by actual users, and balcony expansions are provided free of charge. Additionally, individual terraces are provided for all units except those on the 4th floor, maximizing space utilization.
The housing promotion center is located on the first floor of the commercial building within the complex on Gwangryeongpyeonghwa 2-gil, Aewol-eup, Jeju City, and a small gift is given upon advance reservation visits.
