- Doosan Construction Continues Success in This Year's Housing Market
- Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Gyeyang, Countdown to Sold Out
Doosan Construction explained that all the complexes they launched this year, following last year, are experiencing a "successful run." Previously, in March last year, the large-scale complex "Doosan We’ve the Zenith Ocean City" in Nam-gu, Busan, consisting of a total of 3,048 households, was completely sold out. Subsequently, in May of the same year, "Saejeol Station Doosan We’ve Tragus" in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, was also sold out, recording an average competition rate of 78.9 to 1 in the first priority application.
The value of the "Doosan We’ve" brand is being recognized in various places. Doosan Construction won three grand prizes at the "i-AWARDS 2023" ceremony in December last year, and in September of the same year, three submissions related to their housing brand received the GD (Good Design) mark at the "2023 Good Design Awards."
There is also an analysis that they have secured technological capabilities in building super high-rise buildings. Doosan Construction ranks second among construction companies that have built the most super high-rise buildings in Korea. According to the Building Act, a super high-rise building is defined as a building with 50 floors or more or a height of 200 meters or more. Doosan Construction has built 11 super high-rise residential-commercial complex apartments, including Haeundae Doosan We’ve the Zenith in Busan and Ilsan Doosan We’ve the Zenith in Gyeonggi-do, with most complexes developed as high-rise complexes of 30 floors or more.
Meanwhile, "Doosan We’ve the Zenith Central Gyeyang," which completed the formal contract on the 31st of last month (Wednesday), is currently being sold. The previous subscription application recorded a competition rate of up to 43.63 to 1.
The industry analyzes that the trust in Doosan Construction’s top-tier residential brand, "Doosan We’ve the Zenith," was effective. It is said that excellent product designs, rarely seen in the area, were applied in line with the brand value.
Doosan We’ve the Zenith secured a building coverage ratio of less than 15%, maximizing the distance between buildings. A master bedroom dressing room is provided in the exclusive area of 49㎡, and community facilities within the complex will include an indoor golf practice range, fitness center, children’s playground, small library, and book caf?.
Additionally, the complex is within walking distance of Jakjeon Station on Incheon Subway Line 1 and can reach the planned Gyeyang Station on the newly established GTX-F line within 15 minutes. Nearby, the GTX-D line will also pass through Jakjeon Station, and once the line opens, accessibility to Gangnam, Seoul, is expected to improve. Furthermore, the Cheongna?Gangseo BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) stop is located right in front of the complex.
Currently, the remaining units caused by some disqualifications are also expected to sell out early. As construction material and labor costs are expected to continue rising, there is a growing perception that the current sale price is the lowest point. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s actual transaction data, the occupancy rights for the 59㎡ exclusive area of "Hillstate Xi Gyeyang" (scheduled to move in March 2024), located opposite the complex, were traded for 540 million KRW in January this year. Compared to this, the sale price of Doosan We’ve the Zenith Central Gyeyang was set approximately 60 million KRW lower for the 59㎡ exclusive area.
The model house is located in Jakjeon-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, near the site.
