Increase in Users from Last December to End of January
Effects of Spa Zone Expansion, Wusu Pool Enlargement, and Free Cross-Use of Everland
Samsung C&T Resort Division announced on the 13th that the number of visitors to Caribbean Bay exceeded 100,000 during the two months from December last year, when the 'Winter Spa Cabin' started, until the end of January. This represents an approximately 35% increase compared to the same period last year.
At the Winter Spa Cabin, which Caribbean Bay offers during the winter season, all pools are kept warm at temperatures above 30 to 40 degrees Celsius through waste heat heating, allowing visitors to experience various indoor and outdoor spas.

Samsung C&T Resort Division explained, "Opening the Winter Spa Cabin about a month earlier than last year and expanding the outdoor spa experience areas for customers seem to have contributed to its popularity."
In fact, a new Hinoki (cypress) spa zone was newly opened this winter in the outdoor adventure pool area, where visitors can enjoy an open-air spa under the giant skull photo spot symbolizing Caribbean Bay. The lazy river, which operated only a 220m section last year, has been expanded to cover the entire 550m indoor and outdoor sections this winter.
It is also explained that a special event allowing visitors to use both Everland and Caribbean Bay in one day was effective.
Samsung C&T Resort Division plans to operate Caribbean Bay until March 3rd this winter season.
