Gwangju Gwangsan-gu 'Eurachacha Healthy Taekwondo' Operation

Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, will hold the 'Eurachacha Healthy Taekwondo Class' starting from the 13th.

The program will be operated twice a week at three locations: Deobul-eurak Senior Welfare Center (Unnam area), Haengboknaru Senior Welfare Center (Songjeong area), and Cheomdan Comprehensive Social Welfare Center (Cheomdan area).

Reflecting the high health demands of the elderly, various programs have been prepared to systematically promote physical vitality and health improvement.

In cooperation with the Gwangsan-gu Taekwondo Association, the program includes Taekwondo poomsae training, flexibility and muscle strengthening exercises, and aerobic exercises.

Health status of participants before and after the program will also be checked through measurement services such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and body composition.
