Sh Suhyup Bank Provides 29 Billion KRW in Livelihood Finance Support to Self-Employed

Sh Suhyup Bank announced on the 7th that it will provide 29 billion KRW worth of livelihood financial support for self-employed individuals and small business owners. First, it will offer interest cashback worth 24 billion KRW to 10,080 customers.

The eligible customers are those who held personal business loans (excluding real estate rental businesses) as of December 20 last year. For loans up to 200 million KRW, the bank will provide cashback of up to 3 million KRW, covering up to 90% of the interest payment exceeding a 4% interest rate for one year.

Additionally, a separate support plan will be prepared to operate an extra financial support program worth 5 billion KRW.

A representative from Suhyup Bank stated, “Suhyup Bank will serve as a catalyst to help small business owners and self-employed individuals who have been continuously facing crises since COVID-19 overcome their management difficulties. We will continue to strengthen substantial livelihood financial support measures that customers can genuinely feel and practice win-win management.”
