and Discussing Market Commercial Area Revitalization Plans and Infrastructure Development

Jin Byeong-yeong, the governor of Hamyang County in Gyeongnam, visited the traditional market and the native medicinal herb market within Hamyang County to meet with market merchants and listen to opinions on local issues.

On the 5th, Governor Jin visited the traditional market, exchanged New Year's greetings with the merchants, discussed ways to revitalize the market's commercial district and infrastructure development, and checked on price trends and supply conditions for Lunar New Year seasonal goods to monitor market prices.

County Governor Jin Byeong-yeong is visiting Anui Traditional Market to encourage the merchants.

He also greeted citizens who came to the traditional market to prepare Lunar New Year foods and urged them to use the traditional market frequently.

Governor Jin stated, “We will promote various policies to invigorate regional development and the local economy,” and added, “I hope everyone visits the traditional market during this Lunar New Year holiday to enjoy delicious food and warm hospitality.”

Governor Jin plans to visit Jirisan Hamyang Market, the last major market before the Lunar New Year on the 7th, to encourage merchants and listen to the difficulties faced by citizens visiting the traditional market.

Meanwhile, Hamyang County is implementing various policies to revitalize the traditional market, including a rebate event at Jirisan Hamyang Market until the 8th, where a portion of the purchase amount for domestic agricultural and livestock products is returned in Onnuri gift certificates, a special discount event for Hamyang Love gift certificates, and free opening of public parking lots.
