The Ethics Management and Consumer Protection Practice Pledge Ceremony was organized to advance as a financial investment company that moves forward into the future with customers by practicing high-level ethics management as financial professionals, establishing the group’s core values of being right, new, and collaborative corporate culture, and performing work and providing services centered on consumers.


The Ethics Management and Consumer Protection Practice Charter includes ▲ performing duties with the care of a good manager ▲ courteous response and accurate and prompt handling of tasks ▲ prohibition of unfair orders among employees ▲ prohibition of providing unfair benefits ▲ prioritizing the rights and interests of financial consumers ▲ prohibition of unsound sales practices to financial consumers ▲ prompt post-remedy in case of financial consumer damage.


At the ceremony, employees took an oath to abide by the Ethics Management Charter and the Financial Consumer Protection Charter, which must be strictly observed, and pledged their commitment to practice them.


Shin Myung-ho, CEO of BNK Investment & Securities, stated, “Consumer protection and practicing righteous management are the most important values for financial professionals,” and added, “BNK Investment & Securities will continue to strive to become a financial company that grows and develops together with customers through the best financial products and services.”


Earlier this year, BNK Investment & Securities established the first-ever ‘Ethics Management Department’ in the financial sector through organizational restructuring and expanded the ‘Consumer Protection Department’ to strengthen the ethical awareness of all employees and enhance consumer-centered management in finance.
