Within 1 Year of Service Enrollment, 90% Compensation of Actual Purchase Price for Eyeglass Damage
Vision correction brand Davichi Eyewear announced that it will launch the industry's first glasses damage compensation service, 'Davichi Care Plus.'
'Davichi Care Plus' is a service that, upon paying a subscription fee of 3,000 KRW, compensates 90% of the actual purchase price if glasses bought from Davichi are damaged within one year from the subscription date. The maximum compensation amount is 270,000 KRW.
This service can be subscribed to simultaneously when purchasing glasses at any Davichi Eyewear store nationwide. Damage compensation claims can be submitted through the 'Davichi Care Plus' Kakao AlimTalk subscription certificate by clicking 'Apply for Compensation' or via Davichi Market. Damaged glasses should be photographed and kept to be brought in when visiting the store.
Additionally, customers who subscribe to 'Davichi Care Plus' can visit stores anytime to receive precise vision tests and free eyeglass frame fitting services.
A representative in charge of Davichi Eyewear Care Plus stated, "We launched this service for customers who love Davichi Eyewear and those troubled by frequent glasses damage. Care Plus is a service that can be used freely throughout the year for just 3,000 KRW at subscription," adding, "We plan to expand services that only Davichi can offer, so please look forward to it."
Meanwhile, Davichi Eyewear is actively engaged in various social contribution activities, such as introducing online warranty certificates for ESG management and operating a volunteer group where headquarters and franchise employees participate in regular volunteer work together. Recently, it received the Presidential Citation at the 24th Korea Franchise Industry Development Merit Awards in recognition of its contributions to customers' eye health and the development of the franchise industry.
