"'Gyulmuwon' Wanted"… Jeju Air's First Flight Attendant Recruitment of the Year

Conducting Double-Digit Scale New Employee Recruitment

Jeju Air is hiring flight attendants for the first time this year.


Jeju Air announced on the 2nd that it will conduct a new recruitment of flight attendants with a scale of 00 people.


There are no educational restrictions, and the work locations are Seoul and Busan. Submission of official language test scores meeting certain standards, such as TOEIC and OPIc, is mandatory. Applicants with proficiency in Japanese or Chinese can apply separately through the ‘Language Special Recruitment’ process.


Applicants can submit their applications on the Jeju Air recruitment website by the 14th. Those who pass the document screening will take an online personality test. Then, after three rounds of interviews and a medical examination, the final successful candidates will be selected. There is no separate physical fitness test. Certificates issued by the National Fitness 100 Certification Center under the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation nationwide are used as official documents for the physical fitness test.


The announcement of successful candidates and detailed schedules can be found on the Jeju Air recruitment website. A Jeju Air official said, “We decided to recruit new flight attendants in preparation for the expansion of international flight operations following the sequential introduction of next-generation aircraft,” adding, “We look forward to the challenges of talented individuals who will share happy travel experiences with more people through the challenge toward a wider sky with Jeju Air.”
