Naju-si 'Bitgaram Health Living Support Center Program' Recruiting Students

The Bitgaram Health Living Support Center at Naju City Public Health Center in Jeollanam-do is preparing various programs to promote residents' health and is recruiting participants for the new year 2024.

According to Naju City on the 31st, the Bitgaram Health Living Support Center at the Public Health Center will operate the 'Together and Get Healthy' program three times from the 19th of next month until November.

The program consists of seven curricula including healing yoga, qigong gymnastics, office workers' ALL Barun Posture Exercise Class, prenatal education class, and baby massage class.

In particular, the 'Office Workers' ALL Barun Posture Exercise Class' is scheduled after work hours and is expected to be very popular among office workers.

The recruitment period is from the 5th to the 8th of next month, and 140 people (first round) will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

All courses are free of charge, and those who wish to participate can apply by visiting the center in person or through the Naju City Public Health Center website during the recruitment period.

A center official said, "We developed health promotion programs that are practically helpful by reflecting the health needs of each target group," adding, "We will continue to do our best to prevent and manage chronic diseases and promote health for the residents of Bitgaram-dong."
