Visiting Taebaek and Uichang Fire Stations for Celebration with Colleagues
Delivering Support Snacks and Cakes
Part of the 'Firefighter Support Campaign' with the Fire Agency
Paris Baguette announced on the 31st that, as part of the 'Firefighter Support Campaign' it has been conducting with the National Fire Agency since last year, it held a 'Birthday Celebration Event for Families of Fallen Firefighters.'

This event was initiated at the suggestion of 'Firefighter Family Hope Sharing,' a nonprofit organization for families of fallen firefighters. Paris Baguette visits fire stations where fallen firefighters served throughout the year to hold birthday celebrations for their children or parents and delivers snacks for firefighters. On the 23rd and 30th, they visited Taebaek Fire Station in Taebaek-si, Gangwon-do, and Uichang Fire Station in Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, respectively, to celebrate the birthdays of the late Fire Lieutenant Heo Seung-min’s daughter and three sons of Fire Lieutenant Sim Jang-bo together with firefighter colleagues. Along with this, support snack breads and cakes for firefighters were also delivered to each fire station.
The cake gifted was the 'Beep Beep Beep Dispatch! Fire Truck Cake,' which Paris Baguette introduced last year on Firefighters' Day (November 9). This cake attracted attention as a researcher who is actually married to a firefighter participated in its development. On this year’s Firefighters' Day, marking the first anniversary of the cake’s launch, a portion of the sales proceeds will be donated to 'Firefighter Family Hope Sharing.'
Park Hyun-sook, family representative of Firefighter Family Hope Sharing and spouse of the late Fire Lieutenant Heo Seung-min, said, "It was not easy to visit the fire station again after my husband’s death in the line of duty, but through this opportunity, I was able to spend a warm time celebrating my daughter’s birthday with my husband’s close colleagues."
A Paris Baguette official stated, "We will continue to carry out various activities to honor those who dedicate themselves to the nation and its people."
