According to this MOU, the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business and its 72 member companies will be able to directly check legal information related to small business owners on their own websites without accessing the National Law Information Center. In addition to providing legal information, the two organizations plan to continuously cooperate to share policies related to small business owners and promptly discover and revise laws and systems that hinder their economic activities.
President Oh said, "A significant portion of the difficulties small business owners face in their daily work can be reduced simply by revising laws and systems," adding, "We will actively cooperate with the Ministry of Government Legislation to identify issues that hinder small business owners' economic activities and cause excessive burdens, so that they can be promptly revised to reflect reality."
