[Click eStock] "Beloc, Sales Growth Potential Expected with FOCS Sales Expansion"

Independent research firm ValueFinder analyzed on the 24th that Veloc is expected to achieve sales growth this year due to the expansion of sales of its firewall policy management solution, FOCS (Firewall policy Orchestration Center System, firewall policy integrated management solution).

Researcher Seo Ji-hyeok of ValueFinder explained, “Veloc, an integrated information security specialist company, is engaged in supplying and implementing security solutions, providing maintenance services, and selling and distributing security products, currently maintaining organic solution supply centered on about 200 major clients.”

Researcher Seo Ji-hyeok stated, “The domestic firewall policy management solution market is estimated to be around 15 billion KRW, with foreign companies’ solutions occupying more than 80% of the market so far. Veloc aims to lead and dominate this market sector through the expansion of FOCS supply.”

He added, “Veloc’s FOCS holds references for deliveries to financial institutions and has expanded from an on-premise model to cloud models such as AWS and NHN Cloud since September last year, enhancing accessibility for client companies.”

The Ministry of the Interior and Safety declared plans to convert all public closed-circuit televisions (CCTV) to intelligent systems by 2027 as a follow-up measure to the increase in heinous crimes and the Itaewon disaster. Researcher Seo Ji-hyeok reported, “Veloc merged its subsidiary VCI and developed the AI-based video detection system i-object track.”

Researcher Seo said, “i-object track is a video security solution that automatically analyzes CCTV footage to support rapid response to situations. Currently, it is building a knowledge base using deep learning techniques and developing AI-based facial recognition and crowd density measurement systems, so it is expected to provide solutions that comply with the intelligent CCTV guidelines proposed by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety in the future.”

He analyzed, “Veloc’s sales for this year are projected at 30.3 billion KRW, with an operating profit of 3.2 billion KRW, and sales growth is expected through the expansion of FOCS sales. Additionally, it is understood that the company is considering M&A to accelerate sales growth.”
