KT-WiderPlanet, Partnership for Hyper-Personalized Marketing Platform

KT announced on the 23rd that it will jointly promote a hyper-personalized target marketing platform partnership and related business with Wider Planet.


Wider Planet operates a marketing advertising platform service business that analyzes digital users' consumption behaviors, preferences, and interests through advanced AI prediction and recommendation models to deliver the most suitable marketing advertising content. The company was listed on the KOSDAQ market in 2021.


Through this partnership, Wider Planet will provide digital media coverage reaching 360 billion monthly views and a real-time bidding system, while KT will combine this with KT AdTwin (advertising platform), which enables ultra-precise hyper-personalized targeting SMS advertising campaigns aimed at the most suitable consumers among potential consumers classified into 166 interest categories.

Accordingly, it is expected to achieve excellent marketing results from the perspective of corporate clients through the combination of Wider Planet, which possesses one of the largest digital media coverages in Korea with approximately 1.2 million ad placements and advanced AI models, and KT AdTwin, which enables precise targeting based on KT customers.


A KT representative stated, “Through KT’s big data-based hyper-personalized targeting technology and media expansion via the partnership with Wider Planet, we can provide low-cost, high-efficiency hyper-personalized marketing to a wide range of corporate clients, from small business owners to large enterprises. With the launch of the KT AdTwin platform, we can now offer advertising agencies and advertisers high performance, ease of use, and detailed performance analysis.”


Goo Kyo-sik, CEO of Wider Planet, said, “From the perspective of corporate clients, it is possible to conduct one-to-one personalized marketing by analyzing in detail the values and trends desired by potential customers. From the consumer’s perspective, it will enhance consumption convenience by delivering information about desired products or services at the desired time.”
