Coloray Korea announced on the 22nd that a counselor from the Science and Technology Office of the Chinese Embassy in Korea visited to jointly explore strategies for deepening cooperation between Korean and Chinese companies and for development in the Korean market.
Coloray, a Chinese company established in 2008, was listed on the KOSDAQ market of the Korea Exchange in 2017. Located in Zhejiang Province, China, Coloray holds the number one market share in China in the field of pearl luster pigments for cosmetics and operates as a specialized manufacturer of pearl luster pigments engaged in R&D, production, sales, and services.
On this day, Jang Ok-dong, CEO of Coloray Korea, provided a detailed introduction of Coloray’s current status. He also had focused discussions with Counselor Zhang Nan from the Chinese Embassy in Korea on global market trends of pearl pigments, the Korean market situation, and trends in the Korean color cosmetics industry.
Counselor Zhang Nan stated, “Paying attention to product safety and technological innovation will be key to the company’s development,” and added, “The Science and Technology Office of the Chinese Embassy in Korea, as the Korean representative office of China’s Ministry of Science and Technology, will do its best to build a bridge for scientific and technological research and development exchanges with Coloray.” He further said, “In particular, the Science and Technology Office of the Chinese Embassy in Korea will provide maximum support for Coloray’s technological development and innovation as it advances into the field of nano new materials.”
Jang Ok-dong, CEO of Coloray, said, “Coloray is currently conducting joint research with professors from prestigious university departments of new materials located in Seoul, Korea, and jointly establishing a research and development center. We plan to further strengthen cooperation in this field going forward.”
