Nowon District Mayor Oh Seung-rok Attends 'Rapid Promotion Forum for Reconstruction and Redevelopment'

On the 17th at 6:30 PM, Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, attended the 'Rapid Promotion Forum for Reconstruction and Redevelopment' held at the small auditorium of Nowon Lifelong Education Center in Nowon-gu, Seoul.

This forum, attended by about 100 members including the 'Nowon Reconstruction and Redevelopment Rapid Promotion Team' members and promotion committee members from each complex, was organized to strengthen the promotion capabilities centered on the rapid promotion team and to proactively respond to the explosively increasing demand for reconstruction since last year.

On this day, with Mayor Oh Seung-rok in attendance, Professor Park Tae-won from the Department of Urban Planning and Real Estate at Kwangwoon University delivered a presentation on ▲ the impact of the enactment of the Special Act on Aging Planned Cities and Nowon-gu's response measures.

Mayor Oh Seung-rok said, "Nowon-gu is heading toward an attractive future city through rapid reconstruction and well-maintained healing spots," adding, "Please look forward to Nowon in 2024, which will soar like a blue dragon."
