Yangcheon-gu Mayor Lee Gijae Attends Resident Briefing on Reconstruction Maintenance Plan for Mokdong Apartment Complex 6

Lee Gijae, Mayor of Yangcheon-gu, attended the 'Mokdong Apartment Complex 6 Reconstruction Maintenance Plan and Maintenance Zone Designation (Draft) Resident Briefing Session' held at Haenuri Hall, Haenuri Town, on the afternoon of the 16th, and delivered a greeting.

At the briefing session, about 300 owners of Mokdong Complex 6, along with related officials including Mayor Lee, the Director of Urban Management of Yangcheon-gu, the Chief Architect, and the Head of the Urban Development Promotion Team, participated.

This maintenance plan (draft) was first concretized in Complex 6, which was the first among the 14 Mokdong apartment complexes to pass the safety inspection. The event proceeded with an explanation of the reconstruction maintenance plan (draft), a Q&A session, and the collection of residents' opinions.

Mayor Lee Gijae of Yangcheon-gu stated, "Mokdong Complex 6, the leader in the reconstruction of Mokdong Apartments, is proceeding with the procedures exemplary." He added, "We will actively support the remaining related procedures to promote reconstruction more swiftly."
